1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TradeDingo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TradeDingo provides stock scanning, market analysis tools, and trade journaling capabilities. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
3. Financial Disclaimer and Risk Warning

TradeDingo is a personal market research and trade journalling tool intended solely for the personal use of its registered user. Specifically, it does not constitute:
- Financial advice within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA);
- Not a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument;
- Not an investment recommendation or research within the meaning of FCA COBS 12;
- Not a financial promotion within the meaning of FSMA s.21 or FCA COBS 4.
Signals, alerts, and strategy outputs are setup candidates only. They identify when user-defined technical conditions have been met on historical data. They are not predictions of future price movements and must not be treated as a basis for regulated financial decisions.
You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions. You should seek independent financial advice from a person authorised under FSMA if you are in any doubt about whether a financial instrument is suitable for you.
TradeDingo is currently a personal-use-only tool. Access is restricted to the account holder. It is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not carry out regulated activities. You must not share access with third parties or use it in connection with regulated financial activity.
4. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.
5. Free Trial and Subscriptions
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service; (c) scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner; (d) redistribute or resell access to the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TradeDingo shall not be liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, or damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
